Who is responsible
Swideo GmbH, Alte Forchstrasse 16, 8126 Zumikon, Switzerland. Questions about your data: [email protected].
Hosting
This site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. from its global network. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement, with standard contractual clauses for transfers outside Switzerland and the EU.
Analytics
If enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate page-view counts and nothing about you as an individual.
Fonts
Fonts are served from our own domain. No font provider learns that you visited this site.
The gap-report form
When you request a gap report, you give us your website address, an email address, and optionally your name, your booking system and a message. The form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which forwards the submission to us by email and retains a copy according to its own retention settings. We use the data only to prepare and send your report and to answer any follow-up you ask for. We do not add you to a mailing list. You can ask us to delete the submission at any time.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
Changes
We will update this page when the site's data handling changes. The version date is the date of the last edit to this file in our public repository.
