# Terasano > Your shop, surfaced. Get found. Get booked. Terasano moves dive center websites onto AI-ready sites that Google, AI assistants and booking agents can read. Migration included, transparent pricing from $1,490, kept current for a flat monthly fee. Built in Zürich. Terasano is a brand of Swideo GmbH, Zumikon, Switzerland. Founder: Joel Perrenoud (founder of Diviac, now PADI Travel; former Chief Product & Digital Officer at PADI). Contact: hello@terasano.com. ## What Terasano does - Moves an existing dive center website onto an AI-ready site: migration of all content included; the owner reviews, they don't write. - Keeps it current for a flat monthly fee, with edits made by chat and approved by the owner before publishing. - Connects to the booking system the shop already uses: FareHarbor, Bókun, PADI Adventures; email-copy adapter for any other. ## The four layers of AI-readiness (in customer-journey order) - Layer 1 (get found): Machine-readable truth, and answers worth finding. Courses, prices, hours and location as structured data — plus the content assistants actually quote: FAQs, dive-site guides, course explainers. Structure without content is found by nobody; content without structure is found unreliably. - Layer 2 (get found): Trust an assistant can verify. Your PADI listing, reviews, safety information and policies — proof you cultivate but can't write yourself, published where an agent can check it before it recommends you over the shop next door. - Layer 3 (get booked): Live availability. Spots and start dates published as they change, so "is there space on Tuesday?" gets a real answer instead of "email us". - Layer 4 (get booked): Bookings an agent can complete. An assistant can reserve through the system you already use — FareHarbor, Bókun or PADI Adventures — with no new tool for you to learn. ## Prices (USD, published in full at https://terasano.com/pricing) - Small build: $1,490 one-time, about 15 pages. Every page, photo, price and schedule from your current site is migrated; you review the result, you don't rewrite it. - What happens to my old website? It stays live until launch day. We switch your domain over once you've approved the new site, and redirect old page addresses so nothing that Google or an assistant already knows about you goes missing. - Do I have to change my booking system? No. Terasano is a compatibility layer, not a booking engine. FareHarbor, Bókun and the PADI Adventures widget are supported out of the box, and the email-copy adapter works with anything that sends a confirmation email. - How do I make changes after launch? In chat. Tell us what changed — a price, a schedule, a new instructor — and you get a draft to approve. Nothing goes live without you. Essential includes fair-use edits; larger jobs are quoted as Studio work. - What does "AI-ready" actually mean? Four layers, in the order a diver's journey runs. To get found: machine-readable truth with answer-ready content, and trust an assistant can verify. To get booked: live availability, and bookings an agent can complete. Every build ships with the first two; the second two switch on as your plan and your booking system allow. - Why not just fix my WordPress site? You can, and some agencies will. The difference is structural: Terasano sites are generated as static pages with structured data built into the template, so there are no plugins to patch, nothing to slow down, and nothing an AI crawler has to execute to read your prices. Speed and readability are properties of the build, not chores. - How long does it take? The gap report arrives within a few days of you sending your address. A build typically takes a few weeks from go-ahead to launch, depending on size and how quickly you review. You'll get a date with the quote. - Can I pay the build in instalments? Yes, in three parts: a deposit to start, a payment at launch, and the balance 30 days after. Instalments are how we split the price, not a discount — the price is the price. - Do I need a monthly plan? Yes. Every site needs somewhere to live and someone to keep its structured data current — that's Essential. Growth and Performance add the work that gets you found and booked more often. Change plans monthly. - Is there an annual discount? Pay a year up front and save 10–15%. There are no seasonal pauses: an assistant that finds your site offline in the off-season stops recommending it in the on-season. - Is there a PADI member price? Ask us. We built Terasano for PADI centres specifically, and founding clients get pilot pricing that is labelled as such on the invoice. - What about other languages? Each extra language is $19 a month, kept in sync with your main site. The Large build and the Performance plan each include one extra language. ## Machine-readable - Services feed (JSON): https://terasano.com/services.json - Sitemap: https://terasano.com/sitemap-index.xml - Structured data (schema.org JSON-LD) is embedded on every page: Organization, WebSite, OfferCatalog, FAQPage, Article, Person, BreadcrumbList. - AI crawlers are explicitly allowed in https://terasano.com/robots.txt.
